AI‑Generated Content and Ownership

Outputs may be generated by AI models based on your inputs. AI outputs can be unpredictable; you are solely responsible for your prompts and for ensuring your use of outputs complies with law and these Terms. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your prompts and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service (including safety, moderation, and diagnostics).

Payments

If you purchase paid features, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Except as required by law, fees are non‑refundable once services are delivered. We may change prices with notice for future billing cycles.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, legal or safety concerns, or if required by our providers. You may stop using the Service at any time. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
